Teams are encouraged to add their own entertainment!! In between innings, after the catcher "Throws Down" teams will have 1 minute to do a routine to their own music. It's not required every inning or at all. Just something for them to do if they should choose.

Gate Fee: $400 team gate / please pay via Venmo to TierOneFP

Roster Info:

Please make sure your roster is completed online AND that your players have completed their online profiles (Showcase events only) on our website. Our college coaches can easily track and follow players as well as look up key metrics and data on each individual athlete but it has to be completed by the athlete!!

If you are new to showcases or just need help in general, please check out the Bullpen page for tips, guidance, and general recruiting information.

We are all about engagement and providing opportunities for athletes to connect with college coaches. One of the opportunities to provide connect athletes with coaches is to simply have our college coaches and players all meet during the plate meeting. Please make sure you team is ready to meet!

Important Dates and Policies

If you have a schedule request, please be sure to include it in your team comments when registering for this event. Understand that a schedule request is a "request". We will do our best to accommodate your request but in some cases, we may not be able to.

Entry fees are due 15 days prior to the start of the tournament. If your entry fee is not paid on time, you will be removed and will need to re-register for the tournament with payment being due in full at time of registration.

Gate fees are due by Monday the week of the tournament.

If the tournament is expected to fill earlier you will be notified and your entry fee will become due at that point.

Please be sure to read our local rules and policies.

All drop request must be submitted through the website. Go to your dashboard - click my events - click on the three lines in front of the tournament name - select "Request Drop"

Request to drop that are received 14 days or less prior to the start of the tournament may forfeit their entire entry fee.

Gate Refunds due to rainouts - The team gate fee is collected as $200/day. If your team has not played, then 100% of your team gate fee for that day will be refunded.

Entry Fee Refunds due to rainouts - At times, there are a significant amount of expenses incurred prior to any games being played. When we incurr such expenses (hotels for coaches & umpires or other tourament related expenses) Tier One will offers full credits to teams who have not played any games. Tier One reserves the right to deduct a portion of the teams entry fee to cover said expenses, even if no games are played, when issuing refunds and credits.
