I had an absolutely fantastic experience getting my oil change at Five Star. From the moment I pulled in, Harley greeted me warmly, confirmed my appointment immediately, and had me checked in within minutes. The waiting area was clean and comfortable The technician completed the service faster than expected, and I was kept updated throughout. They even topped off my washer fluid, checked tire pressures, and performed a quick multi-point inspection without being asked. When the car was ready, Harley walked me through everything that was done, explained the inspection results clearly, and had my vehicle pulled around front, clean and ready to go. It’s rare to find this level of care and transparency with a simple oil change, and I left feeling genuinely valued as a customer. I’ll absolutely be back for all my future maintenance needs and won’t hesitate to recommend Five Star to friends and family.

Michelle had my vehicle along with paperwork and everything ready waiting on me when I got off work. She called every insurance company for me and didn't stop until she got me a deal on car insurance. The GM also worked hard on making sure I was covered with the bank and had everything protected before I left the lot. Overall experience was super easy and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a really great and fun buying experience this weekend with our salesman, James. We drove from over an hour away for a specific car but after arriving, I decided it wasn’t for me. Michelle was amazing to work with, there was no pressure and she made sure that I was getting the best price not only for my new truck but also for my trade in. I already knew what I wanted and Michelle didn't try to upsell me. First time I've actually enjoyed going to a car dealership. It was definitely worth the drive from the beach. The finance guys and the finance manager were great and answered all of my questions.
