Excellent experience at Galloway & Mosley! I stopped in to have my Rolex cleaned. Andrea Reel greeted me when I arrived, Lisa Conner took my watch back to the jeweler, and Linsay checked me out when everything was finished. I was initially told it would likely be ready the next day, but the jeweler was able to complete it the same day. I really appreciated the professionalism, great customer service, and the extra effort to get it done so quickly. Highly recommend!
