Hotel is not 2 star. More like 3.5. The staff and facility were wonderful. Everything was clean. Only complaint is the sheets. They did not fit the bed. It’s gross waking up on a raw mattress. We reported it to the front for night 2, and while they immediately cleaned the whole room, the new sheets were also too small.

I stay here quite often because its closer to work for me, the rooms are decent and always very clean. However, this is an older building and I guess they didn't insulate the walls during the remodel because you will hear EVERYTHING in the rooms by you. Everytime I've stayed you can hear the intimate relations of those next to you as if you're in the room with them, and apparently people in this area have some stamina because I watched an entire NCIS episode and they were still going :/ on the other side someone was snoring loud enough they mine as well have been in the bed with me. So sound has definitely been a consistent issue. However, the staff are wonderful and the cleanliness is top tier so I will always come back when compared to the other hotels in the area.

Restaurant only open from 5-9, other than that the place was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The overnight person was a tad moody but daytime & midday people were extremely nice and accommodating. I'd revisit if I'm ever in the area again.

Inn at the Crossroads is hands down the nicest hotel anywhere around Lake City. We've stayed here repeatedly over the last decade and it's always been a very pleasant experience. Ample parking, quite good in-house restaurant, generously sized rooms, beautiful lounge. Their suites easily accommodate three guests or a small family.

Good morning alll… I’m just waking up here at the Inn at the Crossroads! I must say this has been an extraordinary place! It’s absolutely beautiful all over the place… from the lobby, restrooms to the flooring walls and staff available that work. There’s artwork everywhere you turn.. currently sitting in a beautiful back safe courtyard. The only negative thing I have to say is that I can hear the train when it goes past, but I did not hear it overnight and that is not this place his fault. Derrick at the front desk took my phone call two days ago and was so pleasant to help me get an early check-in since I have a little pregnant woman staying for a very important appointment in the area. He is a very sweet man, all the staff the beds were comfortable. They have split AC units in each room the water, pressure and shower head are great. I have not had the continental breakfast yet, but the coffee is good! If I’m ever through this area again, I would only stay here, I hope that you get to experience the same joy, peace, and safety that I have gotten while staying here! Thank you Inn at the Crossroads for being here!
