Excellent customer service and very fair pricing. I got a new battery for a 2017 Honda Accord. They have at least 5 tiers of batteries to choose from. You can get them to install the battery or you can borrow their tools to do it yourself on the premises. I would definitely use them again.

Ronnie was awesome. He cared about my issue. He listened and went above and beyond. It was very busy but he treated every customer the same. When people come to this store we are usually stressed because our battery is bad. Thank you Ronnie for getting me back on the road. I am not from Florence and only buy Interstate. This store was very clean and well organized.

Great place to buy batteries! Ronnie provides excellent customer service. He is friendly, knowledgeable and makes me feel at ease. I started buying reconditioned batteries from this place, I think since around 2013. I was on a tight budget and about to stretch things to purchase a new battery from another store. Thankfully one of my cousins came in and recommended this place. Over the years I have purchased a couple batteries. Typically they out last the warranty and are worth the price when on a tight budget.
