I've purchased a Decked bed slide out, Leer camper shell, and a Ranchhand Bumper from them and all 3 were installed on the days (2 separate orders) that the appointment was scheduled for. Highly recommend them and will return again if they are selling something I want.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon not to far from closing time. Employee took his time explained the product and answered all my questions. I then inquired about another product which he showed to me and explained the features and benefits of the product. He wasn't rushing us and he took all the time required. Gave me a price quote took the order and scheduled installation.. Very helpful

The rack I bought did not fit and work perfectly for my truck, and when I went to return it a week later, I didn’t receive any negative feedback as to why it was being returned from the staff.
