I don't always leave reviews, but I am very picky when it comes to my F-150 Platinum. I am new to the Florence area and was nervous about taking my truck to a new dealer. However, I dealt with Josh and he put me right as ease with his knowledge, confidence, and personality!! My first service experience was amazing. The quality and speed of the service was great! I have referred them to everyone I know. My aunt is now bringing all three of her Ford vehicles to Mike Reichenbach Ford, all the way from Sumter!! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and my truck. Also, while I was waiting, the owner or manager came into the waiting are specifically to say thank you to all of us for choosing Mike Reichenbach Ford for our service. To me, that is above and beyond and it impressed me even more that he took the time to acknowledge us!!

Bought my bronco here a few years ago from Steve (the most chill, low pressure salesman you will ever meet) with no dealer markup and a reasonable dealer fee. The service department is pleasant to deal with. They are friendly and Mark will take the time to explain things in detail.
