We broke down on our way to Florida the Saturday afternoon before Thanksgiving. This was the only garage open. They were very friendly and accommodating. They were able to install a new transmission and have our van ready for our trip home the following Saturday. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the first person we dealt with gave us incorrect information and an all inclusive price quote that turned out to be incorrect and could not be honored. Our van made the trip home (several hundred miles) without any issues. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work and people we dealt with (Samantha was a real gem!)
