Darryl PressleyThe Country Club of SC was where some famous PGA touring pros, overwhelmingly wealthy real estate developers, and tournament organizers left their indelible marks. And if you do just a scant research of The CCSC on Google, the website will be impressive too. There's no doubt 'bout it. And rightfully so because it was all true. What the internet leaves out is that the website's personal opinions and advertising are kinda past tensed. The facilities were extraordinary. And still are. Somewhat. Yes indeed! So, what's changed about the golf course? The better question is what didn't change? I think these three things are physical, mental, and timing. The neighborhood, the course, club house, the pool, tennis courts, and the play ground is what you're paying for to live in the distinguished subdivision. If you're just golfing, then it a great experience. But, keep in mind that maintaining the grand expectations of the original design is/was more than a simple task covered by a standard green fee. CCSC is a four star golfing value to me. But, with "deep pocket" sponsorships this place could easily be on the professional tour circuit once again.

Jacob CokerHave been playing here for the past almost 2 years. And though I play here often, the conditions are getting worse. There really needs to be some money spent on course management. T boxes need to be fixed, greens are lumpy, bunkers vary from soft to hard as a rock. Its very inconsistent. The layout is nice and is pretty challenging but it's just disappointing to see a course thay was once stunning falling into a low end free for all.. I do like this place and hope that it is returned to its former glory
