Shalonda HolmesThis was one of the best experiences that I have had at DG in a long time. Jessica and Nina were so courteous, kind, friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I came in during DG's Seasonal Sale. I had some items that I needed to return/exchange, I didn't know if I could it because another DG said, "that I could not return my items at the store because the items didn't come from there even as I had my receipt." But not here, Jessica and Nina were more that happy to exchange or refund my items and assisted me with questions I had on sale items within the store. I would like to shout these two ladies out, hats off you you ladies for excellent customer service @ 120 Mciver Road, Florence SC 29505! Thank you for an awesome experience and please, please keep up the excellent work!
