Couldn’t be happier with the stay. The building is a restored relic full of high end artwork beautifully maintained grounds with clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. This is something the city should be proud of.

It is an exceptional establishment, the staff are amazing, hotel decor and art breathtaking, and the peace felt, only but the spirit of the living God, through the vessel of humble and kind people . Not to forget the tasty food, which was amazing. There is something special about this dwelling place, and I believe it’s the staff from the entry to exit. The care and hospitality from management and the art vibe represents the fabric of the community - you have to experience yourself.

An Unexpectedly Amazing Experience! I stay in hotels nearly every weekend due to traveling, so I’ve experienced my fair share of hotels and customer service. I have to say, The Inn at the Crossroads in Lake City, SC truly stood out. One of the first things I look for when traveling is a location where I can feel safe and comfortable, while still having convenient access to restaurants, food, and other necessities. The location was perfect for me. For a hotel in a more rural part of South Carolina, I was genuinely impressed by how nice, elegant, and well-kept the property was. The lobby immediately gives you a classy and welcoming atmosphere. But what really made this stay memorable was the customer service. From the moment I arrived, I was treated exceptionally well. The hospitality was so genuine that I honestly felt like a celebrity! Then, completely unexpectedly and without me requesting anything, the General Manager upgraded me from my standard room to a King Suite. I was blown away. The suite felt more like a beautifully furnished apartment than a hotel room. It was spacious, comfortable, and easily one of the nicest accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. What meant even more to me was knowing that I hadn’t complained, asked for an upgrade, or expected any special treatment. It was simply an act of hospitality and kindness, and those kinds of gestures stay with you. Another major plus: it was affordable. You get an elegant atmosphere, excellent service, a great location, and quality accommodations without feeling like you have to spend a fortune. When you travel as often as I do, you learn to really appreciate a hotel that goes beyond simply providing a room and actually makes you feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The Inn at the Crossroads did exactly that. Thank you to the General Manager and the entire staff for making my stay so memorable. This was hospitality done right, and I would absolutely stay here again whenever I’m in the Lake City area. Highly recommended!
