Stop for lunch today at Chilis to try a place we hadn’t been to in quite a while. Good decision. We really had a pleasant meal. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was nice being it was lunch not a large crowd. We sat at the bar just in case we decided to have one of their excellent bar specials. The bartender was named Shannon. Hope is spelled it correctly. She was as delightful. Very patient and helpful since we hadn’t been there in a while. We chose the full rack of BBQ Ribs that came with Mac and Cheese, and fries. My wife added a side salad and we got an extra plate because this was huge plate. More than enough for the two of us with a large portion to take home. They were delicious. Really good lunch at an affordable price. Please try Chili’s. Great loaded menu options and a great bar with excellent happy hour deals.

Brittany provided outstanding service from the moment we sat down until we left. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. She checked on us at just the right times, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made our dining experience even better. If you have the chance, definitely ask for Brittany—you won't be disappointed! Kallon was an amazing waiter and made our experience wonderful! The food was delicious, and the Peachy Dream margarita of the month was fantastic for only $6! We had a great experience and will definitely be back!

Mexican bowl was good but it was missing beans and corn was cold. Frozen was okay but it was very small and had light alcohol as well. Wanted to have my neighbor's macaroni for later but when I turned around to get it my waiter threw it away. I had a nice with my family and neighbor overall.

My wife and I recently visited Chili’s in Florence, and we had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what we were hoping for, but what truly made our visit memorable was our server, Will. Will was hands-down one of the best servers we’ve ever had. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. Our drinks were always full, he checked on us at just the right times without ever being intrusive, and his positive attitude made the entire meal even more enjoyable. Exceptional customer service like Will’s is hard to find these days, and he absolutely deserves recognition for the incredible job he does. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Will again. If you’re dining at Chili’s in Florence, I highly recommend requesting him—you won’t be disappointed
