My husband and I had a great dining experience this morning. From the moment we entered the place, the hostess that welcomed us was very nice and friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting. Our waitress, Nyla, was awesome. She was knowledgeable of the menu, kept us updated on the progress of our order, brought our food out timely and provided exceptional customer service. Shout out to the cook and his staff, the food was absolutely scrumptious! I ordered the Cheesecake Belgian waffle combo and my husband ordered the Spicy Pablono Omelet combo. Our food was prepared perfectly and served with no delay. I would definitely recommend this location if you're in Florence SC, you want be disappointed.

The food was delicious and served hot, and the waitress was very friendly, I really appreciated the great service. I had the veggie omelet, which was absolutely delicious, and I always love the pancakes. I would definitely go back again!

The food and service at this IHOP is the best I've seen in a while. We went here on a Sunday morning and the service was immaculate, the food came out quickly and it was delicious! It wouldn't have been nearly as good without our waitress Nyla, her help and insight on meals left us with a positive opinion of this IHOP. We'll be sure to return in the future!

The overall experience was good. The server NYLA was great she was attentive even though she was busy with a lot of tables. She constantly checked in with us and was friendly and down to earth. The wait time was a little lengthy but it was due to staffing in the kitchen I assume.
