This was one of the best experiences that I have had at DG in a long time. Jessica and Nina were so courteous, kind, friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I came in during DG's Seasonal Sale. I had some items that I needed to return/exchange, I didn't know if I could it because another DG said, "that I could not return my items at the store because the items didn't come from there even as I had my receipt." But not here, Jessica and Nina were more that happy to exchange or refund my items and assisted me with questions I had on sale items within the store. I would like to shout these two ladies out, hats off you you ladies for excellent customer service @ 120 Mciver Road, Florence SC 29505! Thank you for an awesome experience and please, please keep up the excellent work!

The ladies working tonight we're super sweet. They didn't show that they were pit out when I had to get something from HBA last minute at closing time right before the holiday. The store groom the first 30 feet appeared well recovered. Thank you!!!
