Deborah CressUntil I found this place a few years ago, I was always uncomfortable going to the eye doctor. Dr. Kollis is so patient and never makes you feel rushed. She actually listens and is always willing to answer questions.

Josiel GEvery one is just super nice! I was looking around for clinics and I’ve contacted like 3 other places before this one and every one of them told me that it was going to be about three weeks for an appointment and then I stumbled upon this place and I called and they instantly got me an appointment within a couple days. I originally was just going in for glasses but decided to also get contacts I was able to get trial contacts the next day after my first appointment. so the service and all the staff we’re all really great. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Kadee O'DonoghueMy coworker recommended this place and I called and Got an appointment in a timely manner (less than 2 weeks). They were able to schedule me in the afternoon which was great for my work schedule. The staff was Helpful and very kind. Did not have to wait more than 10 mins for my appointment. I was able to bring my old frames in and save some money. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Morgan KlimczakThe staff here is absolutely wonderful! I went in several years ago with severe migraines/eye strain and ended up needing glasses. The staff was extremely patient, explained everything thoroughly and made the experience a very easy and pleasant one. I went back again yesterday for an eye exam and new glasses and was again, very pleased with my service. Same great staff, was in and out quickly, they let me know in advance their covid procedures, explained clearly what I was paying for and when to expect my glasses to be ready. Couldn't ask for a better customer experience! Thankyou Matt, Cassie and the staff of Eyecare of Florence.
