I have used this sight since the store has opened and I can say I am never disappointed with the service. I travel a lot for business and always get my autos serviced here. Today as always, the crew did a great job fast and friendly & knowledgeable service. They always stand behind service and parts. Today I went in for break issues and was again impress with the way I was treated and the way my truck was serviced. The young man that manages the shop did a great job as always and everything was completed on my truck in a timely manner. I wish others in the service industry would take a page from their book. As usual a good manager leads his crews, and he did as well as having a good crew to work with. It was a pleasure for me today. Thank you

I’m always cautious of going to Jiffy Lube because of the stories I’ve heard about incidents that have happened to people’s cars. But who can refuse using a gift card sent in the mail. However I’m very watchful when I do take a vehicle of mines there, I stay in the car to watch what’s happening. This day I took my van the service was ok they asked a lot of questions trying to up sale me. One thing I didn’t like was I assume the manage was correcting an employee nearly 10 feet away from me I was in the car. He called him a liar because a customer said he didn’t ask him about a certain service. I believe correction should take place in the office or not in front of customers. They told me about a transmission leak and suggested a service however the service would only remove and put back fluid not the leak and it was high. As the day went on I smelled burning oil which worried me a little. There was this one young red hair men that was very nice. He reached to shake my hand I returned however I felt the oil and or dirt from him working on my car.

This Jiffy Lube has the best employees I have ever met. They were extremely helpful with all my needs. Very fast with my oil change and gave me important info on my car which if I hadn't came in I wouldn't know that my tires were in extremely bad on the inside sidewall. The outside of the tires they looked good.like nothing was wrong. Now that could have been a accident waiting to happen. All the guys in good spirits and seem to like there jobs. Some places you can cut the tension with a knife where they could care less about the job so to me that would mean they don't care about me or my car. We will always come back to this Jiffy Lube just because of the employees. Going to have them order tires for me and I found out I need shocks also. I knew there was something going on in the backend of the car. Well I think I should stop rambling on but I did want the Company to know how well these employees are at this Jiffy Lube. We give them definitely a A+.
