I cannot say enough amazing things about King and the incredible kindness we experienced there. While driving home to Virginia from a week-long cruise out of Florida, our vehicle suddenly started making a loud knocking noise and lost power on I-95. It was a scary and stressful situation, especially with Easter weekend coming up and all I wanted was to get home to my kids. After getting towed to the dealership, we were greeted by a man in a suit coat—who I later learned was Mr. Floyd, the owner. From the very beginning, he showed an extraordinary level of compassion and care. I was emotional and overwhelmed, but he immediately took us under his wing and went above and beyond anything we could have expected. Mr. Floyd personally drove us to the airport to try to find a rental car. When that didn’t work out, he took us to the train station to check for available seats. After exhausting those options, he brought us back to the dealership and found a loaner vehicle for us to use until our car is repaired. This level of service is truly unheard of these days. His generosity, empathy, and willingness to help complete strangers in such a meaningful way left us completely in awe. Because of him, I’ll be able to make it home and spend Easter with my children—and that means everything to me. I am beyond grateful and will be telling everyone I know about this experience. Thank you, Mr. Floyd, for your kindness—you made all the difference!

Took my car in for oil change, they found a leak in the transmission. Thank goodness it was under warranty. They ordered the part immediately. When part arrived I took car back in, they were kind enough to give me a loner car. My car was done when they said it would be. Great service would absolutely recommend them.

I could not recommend a better dealership. We drove 2 hours to look at a couple SUVs that I was interested in. George Gioldasis met us outside. He was VERY respectful and patient while my husband and I walked around the WHOLE vehicle and inspected everything. When it came time to start the financing part he had such amazing patience with my horrible anxiety. He listened and understood everything. While waiting for Mark to run all the numbers the owner came over and had a great talk with my husband and myself. I explained the reason for needing a new vehicle and he listened and was very nice. Mark and Tonya were both very knowledgeable and patient. They ended up staying after closing to help us. Thank guys for such a great experience. I will DEFENITLY make the 2 hour drive to buy my next vehicle from you guys.
