Nice, off the beaten path local brewery. Beer was all "beer flavored" nothing fancy, but good beer. Plenty of seating with nice outdoor patio to hang out and corn hole, if you're so inclined. Small menu, if you need a bite. A nice, quiet spot to drink beer and chill with friends.

Local motive is a nice little brewery located right by the Florence rail trail connection trailhead. They have a good amount of outdoor seating and plenty of outside space for the kids to run around. There was a food truck there the day we visited. There's also a great burger shop next door and an excellent coffee joint a few doors down. They had six beers on tap, a seltzer and two flavors of 10.5% ABV frosé. My favorite beer was the Behemoth Triple IPA which clocked in at 10% ABV. We stopped here as a pit stop driving north from Charleston. We had a bowl from the food truck, a burger from Buddy's next door, I had a flight of beer, and my wife had a coffee from the Bean Bar (she was driving the next leg)- and we were back on the road in 30 minutes. Definitely worth a visit.

Great spot to visit that also has an outlet to the rail trail if you are interested in a walk after. They serve their own brews. They rotate their selections based on what is ready. There were food trucks on location that you can order from, thai local & King Jefe. They also offer BOBA. There is plenty of outdoor seating on a deck or inside it the weather doesn't permit. Dog friendly. We ordered sushi which was delivered to us in take out containers and togo condiments. It makes it easy to take any leftovers with you should you desire. Food was as tasty as it is from the restaurant. Will definitely return.

Love the crowd at lomo! The drinks are cold and fresh, the pretzel is the best in town. The bartenders all rock!

Had high hopes for this place, but we left feeling a bit disappointed and not really interested in returning. When we visited, they were out of their one and only IPA, so we ordered a brown ale and a seltzer instead — unfortunately, the seltzer was overly sweet. There’s limited seating inside, but that wasn’t an issue since we were able to sit outdoors and enjoy the nice weather.
