The room was nice and it had a decent breakfast. What stood out was the service. I accidentally left my wallet in the room when we left. I knew it was missing but we could not find it, and I thought I had left it at a nearby restaurant the night before. We notified the desk that it was lost in case they found it and continued on our trip. Two days after we left, I received an email from Kassie, the General Manager that the wallet had been found wedged between the nightstand and the bed. She said I could come by to pick it up or provide a prepaid FedEx label. I told her we would stop by on the way home and she said she would keep it in the safe until we came back by 5 days later. We arrived, I talked to the person at the counter and a few minutes later she came back out with my wallet...as far as I can tell all contents are accounted for! Very happy with their honesty and service.

Shout out to Jalen Graham, front desk clerk. My husband and I spent the weekend here recently and encountered an issue. We reported the matter to Jaylan, and he jumped on the immediately finding a resolution. In full transparency, my husband and I was ready to check out and go elsewhere, however, after working with Jaylan, and allowing him to find a comparable resolution, we ended up staying the remainder of our stay.

I booked a room here based on their good reviews - everyone said the place was clean, giving it a 4.6 out of 5. Unfortunately my experience did not match the reviews. All of the laminate flooring in the lobby was sticky and it was very clear they are using g the wrong chemicals for laminate flooring. There were clear pour marks every couple of feet that were perma-stained a grayish color. And then - as if that wasn't bad enough - the carpet in my room was filthy! After only 2 nights, my fluffy nighttime socks were brown on the bottom. And they were only used in the room while walking to throw the bathroom. Over 2 days and nights, not once did I see a cleaning lady in the halls. Kinda weird. When do they work? Anyway, I'm grossed out just thinking about this! I'll be staying elsewhere when in the Florence area.
