I’m just very proud they owned up to the mistake and they made it right not many places will. We’re all human, mistakes happen but to be honest about it and fix it is top tier

Karen ensured all the paperwork (computer work) was correct. i’m so impressed with Karen that I bought a 2 nd car from her. She patiently answered all my questions. Better give her a raise before another dealer steals her away.
