Just left advance on irby. Because the basically didn't want to work. They refused to install a battery, let me install a battery or even look for a battery because they didn't want to move the batteries in the way to get to the one I needed. Came to O'Reilly's and 10 minutes later brand new battery installed and ready to go. And while I'm typing already working on another vehicle. Oh and the battery was 20 bucks less expensive here.

The associate who looked to be in his 20's was very helpful in helping me find a belt that fit my 2004 Jeep Wrangler. This was a unique scenario in which my power steering pump failed requiring a much smaller belt than stock to bypass this pulley and the associate was there to help me every step of the way to finding the right length after being turned away at a different location. I can now limp my vehicle around town until I find a permanent solution! I'll probably be coming back to this location in the future to interact with the patient staff.
