I finally got to enjoy this amazing establishment. The customer service was fabulous. It's not cheap and worth every penny. These are big desserts and my pictures don't do them justice.

4.5-5/5. Amazing, well-priced pastries. We had the pistachio croissant, carrot cake croissant and the strawberry shortcake danish. The highlight was the strawberry shortcake danish- it was a classic danish with a piece of shortcake inside. Pastries were all flaky with delicious fillings and toppings. Everything was well-priced and all together it was ~ $13 for 3 large pastries. Best pastries Ive had in South Carolina so far

finally found a good bakeshop. I always look forward to Saturdays so I can buy my favorite croissant here. Everything I’ve tried has been great. The staff and the owner were very friendly and accommodating. Gosh, I wish they were open every day.

Palmetto Bake Shop is truly something special. Not only are their pastries and sourdough absolutely incredible (the quality and flavor are unmatched), but it’s the heart behind what they do that keeps us coming back. They consistently go above and beyond to make my son feel so loved and included… it genuinely feels like we’re part of their community. This morning, they had sold out of his favorite item, and without hesitation, they baked more just for him. That level of kindness is so rare and meant the world to us. It’s more than a bakery, it’s a place filled with warmth, generosity, and people who truly care. We are so grateful to have them.
