If you want fresh made food and salsas, this Mexican restaurant is a must!! Flavors galore! We come here very regularly, like once a week and are taking a tour through the menu. Each dish is an explosion of flavors and the chips with queso dip is mouthwatering 🤤. The traditional "Agua Fresca" are delicious we've got Jamaica (hibiscus tea) and Tamarindo (tamarind). Alcohol beverages are also really good, palomas and margaritas. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Place is super clean. Prices are very reasonable and quality of a fresh cooked meal is priceless. Come over and give them a try, you won't regret it.

We came in as a party of 11 on a Saturday night at 6:30pm and were seated immediately, which honestly surprised us. We're still not sure why this place isn't busier, because everything about our visit was great. Chips and salsa kept flowing, drinks stayed filled, and the food came out fast with every order correct. For a table our size, that's no small thing. The food itself is where they really shine. A lot of Mexican restaurants miss the mark on seasoning and flavor. This one doesn't. Everything was well seasoned and genuinely delicious. The fajitas came out sizzling hot and smelled amazing. The whole table was impressed. The hot salsa had a great kick without being overwhelming. Really well balanced. If you haven't tried La Perla Tapatía, you're missing out. We'll definitely be back.

Good food, good service, margaritas are good, especially the jalapeño one. The music was a little loud but not terribly so, and they were almost empty at 1pm on a Saturday so with more of a crowd it may not seem as loud.
