I made a three day stay for me and my three children/grandson. First i asked if we make it in early can we check in early they said yes. But after arriving at 12 noon the made us wait in the heat til 3 to get a room. No one was at the front desk to check in and stood there for 30 minutes for someone to answer the ring cam. Then after finally getting someone i was not told that i would have to pay a deposit for the room. Get to the room ac running warm in the room. Calling calling the front desk from the room phone also my cell phone NO ANSWER.... went to the front door again to talk to someone no one at the front desk and no one to answer that ring cam again.... Calling from my cell as i stand at the front door no answer voicemail..... Call up to see what time is breakfast no answer no one.at the front desk.... Pissed now i finally see another guess ask them what time is breakfast which is 7-10. We get up for breakfast and guess what no one at the front desk no food out and i go to get apple juice and its mold in it....the hell going on here. So day two no room service and no one Answering the front desk phone and no one at theses as i walked down to see if i can get what we need for the room service. I really not this hotel. Paid over 300 for the night a d nothing is nice about this stay....
