I’ve bought steaks & other meats from Frye’s for years and I’ve always had a great experience. The one thing that has always been inconsistent is their hours. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve looked at their Facebook page/google page for hours, drove to pickup steaks for the weekend and them be closed. Their hours change constantly, which is frustrating. After stopping by today and the hours changing yet again, I’ll plan to use Ole Timey in Florence going forward.

I love Frye's Meat Market. I've had only one incident when I bought a bag of chicken legs that weren't fresh. I called them back to inform them of my issue with the chicken and they didn't exchange words with me. I was told to come back to get another bag of chicken legs. For this reason, I will not go anywhere else to buy meat for my family 🥩🍗

I have bought meat from butcher shops for years. I have tried a few here and must say that we are highly satisfied with Frye's. You can get Meats cut the way you want it. Great quality and some of the best pork sausages that we have ever had. We haven't tried anything that we weren't satisfied with. If you are looking for meats that aren't your regular grocery store style, try Frye's in Lake City SC. If you live in the area its worth the trip.
