Al U.So as a gun owner that has ordered from Palmetto State Armory in the past it was just natural that since I was traveling I-95 that I had to stop. Great store, great staff. Everyone was super friendly and willing to help in anyway. Glad I made the side trip to see them. Next time around I will be back but for now I think I will just stick to mail order. 6+ hours is a bit far just to swing by a gun shop cause I need a part or ammo, lol. Thanks for everything.

Jennifer Guthrie⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service for a special day!My husband and I came in to buy a Springfield for his birthday in January 2026, Nick and Rick made the entire experience absolutely incredible. They are awesome guys who treated us with top-notch, exceptional service from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make his birthday purchase special. We highly appreciate their help and will definitely be back. Ask for Nick and Rick if you want the best service in the store!

Jeff BMy favorite place to go to, everyone from the front counter to the gun counter and the range counter are very professional and friendly and always answer all of my questions and help me with anything I need, from the manager David to Rick,Dean, Connor on the range counter which by the way is a great optics sighter and knows a lot about guns and everyone who works there are the best in my opinion. I would give them a ten star rating if I could, go by and check them out, if you can't find what you're looking for just ask and someone will help you, sorry I can't remember everyone's name or I would name all of them, thanks to everyone there for all your help and patience with all of my dumb questions
