Friederike GrowWe stayed there after the NASCAR Race in Charlotte. We had made a booking mistake and needed a hotel between Charlotte and Myrtle beach. I called at midnight, that we would arrive around 2am and asked if that would be a problem. The front desk lady was super nice they had a room for us. Yay. We even could bring our dog. Breakfast was great. The room was clean shower was great. And it was not expensive at all. Highly recommended

Rho B.This rating is based off of my interaction with the assistant manager Daniel, and the breakfast attendant. They were very warm, welcoming and professional. Daniel was VERY pleasant. He even allowed me to see the room before paying to make sure that I was comfortable. That to me is EXCELLENT customer service. I even saw how he interacted with customers that were ahead of me and he was very pleasant and warm with them as well. However, I had an encounter with another employee by the name of Marie (I believe that's correct). She was very rude and unprofessional. She lacked common customer service skills and acted as if I was bothering her. I went outside the hotel but was not aware that they locked the front doors after a certain hour, so I did not have my room key which meant I could not enter the side doors. I knocked on the front doors to be let in. I waited about 5 minutes- knocking periodically. When she came to the door, she scolded me like I was a child saying that I was to use the side doors when no one was at the desk. She didn't know if I was a guest or a person looking for a room. Her rudeness was very unnecessary and unprofessional.

LegendStayed here one night while traveling. Very clean and updated hotel. Rooms were great & it was quite. The continental breakfast had a food variety of options. Very convenient location right off the highway with several good dining options within less than a mile or two from the hotel. My only *negative* is that the fitness room was kind of a joke. 1 treadmill and 1 stationary bike which were both out of order. A few free weights was all that was available. Very niche because I am a fitness freak, so it does not impact my overall rating as a good place to stay while traveling.
