Frank KapelarOrdered to go. They did not have ketchup in the condiment area. Had to ask for it. That is the reason for 4 stars for Service. The counter staff was prompt to take my order. Kitchen got it out quickly. Would have been 5 stars for service if I didn't have to ask for the ketchup. Perhaps there is an issue with theft of the ketchup packets. There did not appear to be a section for ketchup, mustard or mayo in the condiment area. The fries were not tasty. The burger not as tasty as I remember a Wendy's burger being. It's been a year or so since I ate a Wendy's burger. Perhaps a chance in their beef supplier? Or my taste buds are dead.

David EvansStaff did the best they could. They were very nice, but just didn’t have enough people. They had to stop taking orders because they were so backed up. But they got everyone their food eventually.

Gabrielle WhiteIncredible customer service. The best frosty I’ve ever had in my LIFE. THE texture was top tier and they filled it up past the lid. I’ve been to many many Wendy’s in my life and this was the best frosty ever.

Dipak NegandhiWe went there for a desert and ordered caramel frosty. They added a couple of spoons of powdered sugar or something similar on top. This made the top portion extremely sweet and spoilt the mouthfeel and taste of caramel. It was only when you reach the bottom half that the caramel taste comes through. Good frosty but leave out the topping.
