The staff that took the order was not there at all. Her mind was far away from her. When talking to, she was staring into space or somewhere else completely. I place two orders and she didn't get the first one.

Ordered take out to be delivered. They did not include all of the sauces that were ordered with each item. If you pick up at the store, check your bag. If you order delivery, make sure you have extra at home. If you try to make a complaint about it they don’t resolve the issue through their apps chat feature. They only tell you to contact the store. What’s the purpose of the chat if they have no ability to resolve an issue. We also ordered two different chicken sandwiches with different sauces on them but there is no means to tell one from the other. They both had a red/spicy sauce but no identifying mark or anything to differentiate between the two. Overall, I have been a fan of KFC for a long time, but this experience has really turned me against them. It will be a long time before they receive any more of my business, if ever.
