Used to be good went in for lunch I ordered on the kiosk had my receipt come to my phone had to argue with the employee that I ordered he kept saying no I didn't I showed him the receipt on my phone plus my bank app saying it was taking out of my account took about 10 minutes was never this bad

The staff that took the order was not there at all. Her mind was far away from her. When talking to, she was staring into space or somewhere else completely. I place two orders and she didn't get the first one.
