Outstanding! Always attentive staff ready at the helm to answer any questions. We recently took in a stray dog that was severely matted and in pretty bad shape. After getting vet clearance and vaccinations, the grooming staff at Petco in Florence did an AMAZING job with him. I was in literal tears when we picked him up. We were able to make the appointment quickly and we are happy to say our little buddy is doing well and has already been committed to a rescue for a forever family through our local humane society. ❤️

Not sure yet. Had an appointment and there was a long wait. My girl became impatient so we had to leave before seeing the vet or the lady who was checking in. Will book an appointment during the week. Hopefully that will be better. Will let you know. Update!!!!!!! Update!!!!! Update !!!!!! Went back a few times since then and received Awesome service every time !!!!!!!

The associates at Petco of Florence are so kind and helpful. Always a nice experience. Today I was there, it started raining while we were in the store with our pup and they offered us an umbrella. Nice gestures like this are sunshine on a rainy day! Thank you Petco of Florence for going the extra mile.

Nice place for buying pet stuff. Also have beautiful fish of all kinds and colors. I only dislike that you can't buy the fish you like because of tank size or other fish that you already have that may or may not get along well. Seems wrong to ask such questions but I guess that's their job, even though they sell some already in tiny containers.
