Maryann NeelWe visit this location almost weekly for all of our pets needs. Even when we just take our littles to visit the animals, everyone is so friendly and nearly all of the employees know us by name. 10/10 highly recommend this location.

Reagen RobertsOutstanding! Always attentive staff ready at the helm to answer any questions. We recently took in a stray dog that was severely matted and in pretty bad shape. After getting vet clearance and vaccinations, the grooming staff at Petco in Florence did an AMAZING job with him. I was in literal tears when we picked him up. We were able to make the appointment quickly and we are happy to say our little buddy is doing well and has already been committed to a rescue for a forever family through our local humane society. ❤️
