First of all I couldn't understand a the lady was saying when I was ordering via the drive-thru it sounded like she was speaking another language. Respectfully I simply could not understand anything she said. Secondly, yes I was there late at night. However, I should not have been sitting there for 20 minutes just waiting on a 20 piece and fries & ZERO apology for the wait afterwards!
