I’m half Vietnamese and the food is a very big deal for me because it’s how I connect with my mom’s culture, even though she’s very Americanized. My husband and I always make sure to visit a Vietnamese restaurant when we’re out of town/on trips. The pho at this restaurant is SO good. Perfect, authentic flavor & generous portions for a good price. It felt like eating a home cooked meal. Lori was our server and she checked up on us regularly, made light conversation, and spoke to me excitedly about my favorite viet foods when I told her I was half. I felt so seen and respected as part Vietnamese, which doesn’t happen often because I look a lot like my American father. We adored this place and we definitely plan to come back 💜 Thank you, Lori!

I wish We could do ½ star ratings, Because this is a solid 3½ star. Had to round it up because it was more than 3. It's Saturday around 3:00 p.m., and I am the only customer in the entire restaurant. That's typically a red flag for me, but there's so many good reviews about this place on multiple platforms. So I'll get the cons out of the way. They were out of fish sauce, they don't have chili sauce, and they don't have Thai basil! This is the very first pho place I've been to in my life that doesn't have basil. They had cilantro, and I've gotten cilantro and basil in the past so that was kind of disappointing. I ordered fresh spring rolls as an appetizer. They were so so. Not my favorite, but better than some places I've been to. I ordered the deluxe combination pho. I always try the broth, virgin before adding sauces. I will tell you this, this broth was off the chain! Man was it good! The meats were pretty good. The tendon was so tender it was like taking a bite of Jell-O. I didn't have much tripe, not really a whole whole lot of meat all together, but it wasn't like skimpy. But I did have a ton of noodles. So if you order a big bowl, you won't leave hungry. My waitress was nice and attentive, but then again it's kind of hard since I'm the only person in there! Hahaha! I only had water with lime, because they don't have lemons either, so my total was around $27 with the pho and spring roll appetizer. I've eaten Vietnamese all over the country, although this place is pretty decent, it doesn't make my top 10. Definitely good enough to come back to though!

Excellent food and the slow drip iced coffee with sweetened condensed milk was really tasty.
