Kim EthridgeDriving down 95 to Hilton Head we needed a place to stay the night. After passing hotels with terrible reviews I came across this. Reviews were great so we pulled in. Front desk staff were very nice, room was clean, bed comfortable, hot breakfast was good. Only problem is location. Right next to the train tracks. Two trains came wailing in overnight. But that was better than the terrible reviews of other hotels along 95. Cracker Barrel and Ruby Tuesday's next door.

David SmithI always stay at the Best Western on Lucas St, Florence SC when I come to town for the Darlington Race. Hotel has great location to all services, rooms are very clean, property is spotless and pool is great and very clean. Staff is very courteous; breakfast is open early and overall a great bargain.

*Duke*It's time to update the room decors...... Get rid of the carpeting around the sleeping area / bed...... The tub shower needs to be updated to a more modern style a lot of the rooms that I checked out prior to checking in were pretty played out....... Corporate needs to step up and fix these rooms one by one......

Al HurnyakWe stayed here on our way to Florida to see family. Normally we stay at Marriott or Hilton hotels but the additional price they charge for bringing our dog prompted us to consider other hotels. Springhill Suite wanted $100. This Best Western only charged $20. This place was a find. The room may not have been as fancy as some places but it was very clean and quiet. Not all hotels offer a free full breakfast. This place does and it was over the top! The staff were as friendly as they were helpful. There was absolutely no hesitation choosing this hotel for our return trip. It'll be a high point of future trips to Florida I am sure
