I was truly impressed by her genuine professionalism and positive attitude throughout my visit, especially when I didn't make a purchase that day. Dinah went above and beyond by proactively researching and recommending another Talbots location with expanded inventory to provide me with additional options. I have never actually shopped at a Talbots before. I went to the Ulta store next door and decided to go in. I was greeted by Kenisha Holmes. I wasn't really open to the store to be honest, nothing was jumping out at me. I am not comfortable with my legs and I shared that with her. She brought me a pair of jeans and suggested I try them on. I decided to try them on.... I was pleasantly surprised how well they fit and how comfortable they were. I am about 5'3" and have a curvy shape. The jeans felt like they were tailored for my body! They fit my hips and they were not loose on my waist. I suggest anyone with hips and a butt but and a smaller waist to try on Talbot jeans!! If it wasn't for Kenisha I would have never found these jeans. Thank you Kenisha for all your help!! I never have had that much luck in a store with pants. There was another young lady there with beautiful long hair, sorry I do not remember your name. She was also very helpful. Both of them were great and had amazing customer service!! Thanks ladies. 🙂

Staff was wonderful the place was stocked well there is a variety of sizes for every woman the store remind me of Belk or Macy's they have no rules on the return policy as long as you have a receipt and no still trying to help you even if you don't have the receipt on store credit
