Pramod ChopadeThe staff are helpful, but a lot of longterm residents at the hotel and their young kids spend hours late into the night sitting at the pool and creating a loud ruckus. I tried telling the staff but they ignored my requests. It was difficult getting sleep. UPDATE: 9/2/2026 The situation with families spending late hours into the night has been resolved. I think the management has been very clear that people are not allowed to be noisy and the pool has certain restrictions that keep the noise down to normal. I appreciate the staff’s efforts. Thank you.

MariahWe stayed here for my grandmother funeral. It is decent and will get the job done but the rooms are stuffy and the toilet tissue is the worse. It is decently priced and affordable but the stuffiness and the bedding was uncomfortable. Did not get quality sleep. Would probably not stay again. Would stay only if i didn’t have any other decent options.

Dee RobertsPet friendly hotel in Florence. Close to restaurants and the interstate. The staff is friendly, they have a nice small breakfast and the room was large and clean. One recommendation in an extended stay hotel is a larger TV. I have a computer monitor for work this size.
