Jennifer SecknerThe hotel was conveniently located near many other hotels, restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable. The sink wouldn’t drain fast enough and at one point during my husband’s shower, the water turned brown. It eventually went back to clear water.

Gary BlumVery nice stay for the price. It was a Sunday night so I think the price was lower. $25 charge for dog. Comfort charges $50... they're someplace I would never stay because of that.

Helene HewittA bit disappointed. Stayed 1 night while traveling. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were ok. Too much old dust here and there throughout facility, damaged items in rooms, tubs that were worn out (aged out lamp shades ) and no hot water for shower. Water bucket and hole in ceiling near front desk might have been a clue of plumbing issues. Keeping older buildings clean is a must for me. I know facilities get bumps and damage from traffic but keeping up with dirt is not an option. Beds were comfy and clean.

Michaela CardellaGood location and friendly staff, but room cleanliness needs work. Stayed here for one night due to its convenient location right off I-95. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing—the floors weren't fully vacuumed, and there was a visible layer of dust on the walls when lying in bed. The shower also struggled to get hot, and while the pool was open, it was quite cloudy with a strong chlorine smell. Fine for a quick overnight stop, but could definitely use better housekeeping.

Lori AyotteI have to acknowlege your staff. The room was great. The breakfast was awesome.Your staff in Florence is top notch.From the manager to the the girl cleaning the tables after breakfast.Everyone we encountered were so pleasant and accomodating! We are traveling and had to have our car repaired.Your manager went out of her way to make a bad situation easier to deal with. My only regret is that I didn't get anyone's name.
