I took my husband 8/27/26 for his first time ever at Texas Roadhouse. We had Abby as our server, she was phenomenal!!! Very knowledgeable, had great recommendations, and a wonderful customer service attitude. She honestly made the entire experience so pleasant, and the food was delicious! One of the best steaks that my husband and I have had from a chain restaurant in a LONG time, they were both a perfect medium rare. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you ABBY!!

Fantastic anytime and anywhere, great staff at this one. Florence location is a bit too crowded and the layout felt very.. confined? I am Probably in a small minority with that perspective, but it is certainly not a deal breaker for me. Otherwise, everything was peachy!
