Brian NeedlesI'll keep this short and sweet. Clean rooms, friendly staff, really close to the Florence Center. Nothing special, but a solid mid-price option. The only particularly nice thing was our room had a couch that folds out into TWO little beds. Perfect for families with children, or groups of friends trying to save some money by rooming together.

Jr JrWe stayed at SpringHill Suites in Florence, SC for just one night while passing through, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling. A special thank you to Dana, who was incredibly polite, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. She made check-in easy and made us feel right at home. There was also another staff member whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, but he was cool and we bonded over our Carolina ties He was just as friendly and added to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. All staff were nice and friendly to be honest Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and this team definitely delivered. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Florence.
