I visited the LongHorn in Florence, SC on September 27th at 7:30 PM. My partner and I both ordered well-done steaks. I got the 6oz sirloin with shrimp kebabs, rice, and a sweet potato topped with cinnamon sugar and butter. The sweet potato was excellent, and the shrimp and rice were flavorful. However, the steak was a bit small and came out dry. My partner ordered the Parmesan-crusted T-bone with potato salad and really enjoyed his meal—the steak was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The food overall was delicious, but the service could have been better. We had to wait 10–15 minutes since it was busy, which was understandable, but our server gave us plastic silverware, which made cutting steak very difficult. We also didn’t get our appetizer or bread until after our entrees arrived, so we ended up removing it from our bill. Despite the service issues, we enjoyed our time together and appreciated the food quality. Hopefully, service can improve because the meals themselves are worth coming back for.

I think it was a change of shift, and they slowed on setting customers. After shift change it was much better. Great customer by special mention (Hansel). She was patient, pleasant, and attentive. The resteraunt was busy. I ordered the Long Horn, but the food was slightly cool. The steak was medium well, and a little tough to chew it could've been due to being cool. The server made it right. I just got a carryout. The lamb chops were cool also. Some of the food was good when served, and due to customer service and some of the food, i will return, but maybe not on a busy day.

Went for a small celebration with my bride, intending to get my usual sirloin and salad, along with a tall Yuengling and a double shot of sour mash... Instead, I ordered their "signature" Longhorn ( 22oz Porterhouse!) and opted for Basil Hayden bourbon as well... I now have a new favorite cut of steak, and a new favorite whiskey, as well!! The kitchen here was 100% on fire, in the GOOD way!!! Salad, steak, and drinks were absolutely sublime, and scored right up at the top with the quick, friendly service by the server and host that worked with us! I really needed this meal to be perfect, and Longhorn delivered.

We visited the evening of April 12th, 2026. I have to say this was probably the worst experience at a LongHorn Steakhouse we've had. We were seated about 2 minutes after we walked in. We noticed an eaten chicken wing bone on the floor at the reception desk. After being seated, you could see that the floor around the tables across from us were dirty with food. No one was attempting to clean it up but yet they continued seating people at the tables and booths despite the floor. We ordered our drinks, an appetizer and our food. The bread, drinks and salads came out just fine. Then it seemed our waitress just disappeared. We waited and waited. We watched three other groups get seated and get their meal. Finally, someone came out with our meals - however we never got the appetizer. She said she would bring them out. We never saw her again. Then our actual waitress re-appears to check on us. We told her that we never got our appetizer so could we get it to go? She said yes, and would go put that order in. She disappeared again and we never saw her the rest of the night. Another male waiter came up and apologized because he was just told that our waitress was gone and he was responsible for our table but no one told him! We told him about the appetizer we ordered, but at this point we wanted it canceled. He apologized profusely even though this wasn't his fault. We stop through Florence often, but this will be our last visit to this LongHorn for a while. Slow service, dirty floors, disappearing waitress, and food never received equals a no for me.
