Top tier breakfast this morning! The service fast & friendly, this food was fresh and delicious, & the overall experience was GREAT! The team worked well together helping one another as needed and coordinating the completion of our meals in record time and with perfect accuracy. We are not from here, but if we ever drive through again, we will definitely visit again!

My wife and I recently ate at the Waffle House located at 2900 WEST RADIO RD,FLORENCE, SC 29501, among the nicest “finds” in our search for a morning breakfast eatery on the way to Florida. On entering, we were greeted by all the staff behind the counter. My wife enjoyed her coffee, eggs and grits, while I enjoyed the two-egg breakfast with bacon, hash browns, waffles, and tea. The service was prompt, and the breakfast was delicious. Our waitress was warm, welcoming, and responsive. The breakfast was entirely delicious and satisfying, and I well recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a satisfying meal, welcoming, staff, and fine service.

I do not write a lot of reviews, but I had to give this place and its incredible staff a shoutout. We were in town unexpectedly for a family event this weekend, staying at a nearby hotel, and wanted to get our two kids breakfast before a long drive back to MD. Our kids had multiple tantrums, as toddlers do, to the point where my wife had to take them outside. Not a good showing by the kids. However, just as they went outside, a staff member who was not even our waiter came up to me and said all of the staff have kids and they know how it is, and offered to bring some peanutbutter chips and chocolate chips to the table to help the kids stay calm and focused. Then, our waiter came over and covered all of our food with napkins so it wouldn’t get too cold and bothered by bugs. The staff wasnt just tolerant, they were empathetic and helpful, and kept a great attitude and were very attentive. They turned a tough morning into a great morning, and the kids and us all left happy. Little things make a huge difference. Thank you to the whole staff.
