Vernice JonesMy mother and I came to this location and worked with Yone. She was SO sweet and helpful and patient. I think it’s better to go to the mattress store directly where you can choose - from all the different varieties of firmness, hybrids, coils/memory foam. You’ve got to TRY to know what you like. And you need to have an informed representative who can be patient and kind. Yone covered all territory. (And btw she was delightful with my 87 year-old mother) Highly recommend!

Debbie BoswellIt was short notice that I decided I wanted a new bed. I called the store ahead of time and asked quite a few questions. Yone seemed very knowledgeable and was very helpful on the phone so I took a chance and went up to the store. I’m sure glad I did. I knew basically what I wanted and I knew what the online sale prices were. I was able to get exactly what I wanted. As a bonus, the adjustable frame was on sale for about the same as the regular basic frame! My luck, they had both items in stock and I was able to get them the same day. Thanks Yone and Mattress Firm!
