I had been here before and I had quite liked the service and people. The coffee wasn't bad the previous time either. This time however was a different story. The staff was apathetic at best. They also did not prepare my beverage as instructed but whatever. I always suggest if people don't want to be someplace that they get another job. I will say that they were fairly polite while practicing their ennui.

Lula’s is one of those places where you can feel the warmth the second you walk through the door. Grace, Ella, and Jay are all amazing — genuinely kind, welcoming people who make you feel like they’re happy you’re there, not just like you’re another customer. The coffee is incredible too, but what really makes Lula’s special is the people and the atmosphere they’ve created. There’s just a warmth and positive energy about the place that keeps you wanting to come back. Easily one of my favorite coffee shops, and I’m always grateful for how welcomed I feel every time I’m there.

I just did a drive thru for a breakfast sandwich and OMGGGGG! It was so delicious, hot and fresh!!! I purchased 2 bacon, egg and cheese croissant. The cashier was so warm and friendly im definitely telling my family and friends about this spot!!!
