Well, this is a hard reading to give. Because my ultimate experience was a five. But the person I spoke with First in the plumbing section, acknowledge that he didn’t have any experience in installing garbage disposals or the plumbing parts too support the installation. Then he asked me “do you have a plumber” I said no I was doing it myself. To which he replied well, that’s probably your problem”. I started to leave the store, but decided I would try one more time to find what I was looking for. Another gentleman came over and asked if I needed help. I shared my previous experience and frustration. He responded positively and we worked through the challenges I was having. I left the store feeling like I had an understanding of what was malfunctioning and the parts I needed to address my problem. I wish I would’ve gotten everybody’s names so I could include them here.

These folks are great, from helping to find an odd fastener to helping with DIY projects. I don't care if they're slightly more expensive than the big box stores. They're local, they're helpful, they're friendly and if they don't have something you need, they're happy to help direct you. The guys at the contractor desk are super. I know I've asked some novice questions, and they spend the time to help and explain without judgement. I will always choose to do business with them over the big box stores.
