Terrell ScottBeing a Southwest Philly boy born and raised, I know hoagies — and down here they call them subs or submarine sandwiches, just like up in the Northeast (Massachusetts, Maine, Connecticut, etc.). I have to say, their sandwiches are put together really well and they offer plenty of options so you can make it your own, just like back home. The only thing that keeps it from being a true Philly hoagie is the type of bread and the American white cheese they use — that’s the signature difference in the recipe. But overall, they make a pretty good sandwich, and that’s why I gave them 5 stars.
