I would like to recognize Kelly, a pharmacy technician at CVS, for her outstanding customer service. She truly went above and beyond while assisting me with a challenging patient situation that we were both trying to resolve. Despite the difficulty, Kelly remained patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to carefully work through the issue with me, ensuring that everything was handled correctly so the patient could receive the help they needed.
