I want to share my experience with anyone who will listen about the pharmacy located at this CVS on West Palmetto Street. This is about customer service and the person I will like to speak on is Brittany. She is truly one-of-a-kind when it comes to serving people. She is compassionate, kind, patient, and over helpful in making sure I understood my medication, answered any questions, and while doing so in a timely fashion. Even if you're just coming into what appears to be a very busy day, she acknowledges you as soon as you walk up by greeting you, and saying that someone will be with you as soon as possible. She does not ignore not one person. This happens to be my trigger! I do not like when the provider of service makes you feel unseen, and could care less about you waiting, or wondering how long it will take before someone says something as if I'm not standing there. So I want to give BRITTANY her flowers! Thank you for seeing me, thank you for helping me, and most of all, thank you for your services. It did not go unnoticed by me.

I actually always have a great experience here. I've been shocked to get this level of service at such a busy pharmacy but its true! If I send a message in the app, they call me within minutes. I never wait long at the drive through, everyone is always nice and professional.

She truly went above and beyond while assisting me with a challenging patient situation that we were both trying to resolve. Despite the difficulty, Kelly remained patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to carefully work through the issue with me, ensuring that everything was handled correctly so the patient could receive the help they needed. Her willingness to go the extra mile and her positive attitude made a stressful situation much easier. CVS would greatly benefit from having more team members like Kelly in their stores.
