The lady at the register was down right nasty attitude for no reason. I think her name was Jasmine. The guy was very helpful with me and my two girls. I wished I knew his name. He was a black male. He did really well. I had 3 shoes and the way she acted I only purchased 1 pair and got the other 2 pair from Footlocker. I was about to take that pair back, but I said no the gentleman that helped us tremendously was the only reason I kept the one pair. This was Saturday 11/8/25 around 11 am at Magnolia. It makes no sense to act or talk like she did, so I took my business elsewhere to Footlocker and was treated like a valued customer, but then when I walked out the mall, the lady at Hibbets Sports seen that I did make the purchase elsewhere when a coworker hunched her. I made my transaction of two shoes with Footlocker with just 1 transaction. The shoes I love, but that lady in Hibbets Sports and her attitude needs adjusting fast.
