I stopped by Zales to have my rings inspected and cleaned, and I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Crissy and Marissa. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took great care of my rings, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like a valued customer. It’s rare to find customer service that is both knowledgeable and genuinely kind, but Crissy and Marissa exceeded my expectations. My rings look beautiful, and I left with a smile on my face. Thank you both for making what could have been a routine visit such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this Zales location!

Had a wonderful experience at zales today. I am extremely indecisive and don't know much about jewelry, accessories, watches or anything. But my indecisive nature makes me very curious so I ask tons of questions. My salesperson, Crissy, was extremely knowledgeable about the watches I was interested in and helped me (finally) make up my mind. Got a really cool Bulova watch that is quite lovely. Crissy was very nice in helping us find the best way to pay for the watch and was super patient with me even though it took forever for me to make up my mind. It was such a pleasant experience that now I'm thinking ...maybe I need some more jewelry?!
