I've got to admit, when Jersey Mike's finally made it out west where I used to live, I laughed and figured that this would be just another dying fad sub shop and not actually be the multi-billion dollar franchise it is today. Then one day, I actually had it, and I do remember my very first time some 15 years ago. I quickly became a regular at that location. I didn't know, however, it would grow to be my #3 favorite sandwich place of all time. So I did a mobile order for this location because I was parked across the street for the weekend. For the very first time, I ordered a bowl instead of a sandwich, because I'm cutting my carbs. I'll get the cons out of the way, before picking up my bowl I used the bathroom. It looked It was straight out of a saw movie. In comparison, the restaurant itself was actually really clean. So I think management needs to put a scrub brush and bleach in the employee's hands. Second gripe, when I did my mobile order, I asked for them to give me an absurd amount of oil and vinegar. And they didn't, BUT, already expecting that to be overlooked, I asked the guy for a couple to go containers so I was set. The employee that I dealt with was super nice and super professional. I ordered an Italian bowl and was able to customize my ingredients. Man, it was so good. It was also the perfect size meal for me at least. I've eaten at a few different Jersey Mike's across the country, throughout the years, and I can't really say that I've ever had a bad or subpar sandwich from them. I mean they make it right in front of you. The Jersey Mike's by my house, the workers seem mentally challenged but whatever I digress. So yeah I got back to my truck and ate my bowl, I just finished it and I drank the leftover oil and vinegar at the bottom of my bowl. No major complaints, so I don't figure you will have any either! This will always be my #3 favorite sandwich shop, only topped by a local deli in my old neighborhood called "Hello Deli" that has been in business for decades, and then of course my all time #1 fav, Quiznos! Thank you Jersey Mike's for a great meal!

Did a double take when I saw the sign promoting gluten-free bread. Stopped in and was impressed by the allergy protocol. The gentleman who made my sandwich, got a new knife and cutting board and prepared it with fresh gloves. Delicious.

My best friend and I were passing through and stopped for gas on our way to Atlanta. We spotted this Jersey Mike's stopped in to grab a couple of sandwiches. I had a Turkey and Provolone which was very good! We were greeted immediately by 2 nice gentleman. They were fantastic and genuinely interested in our sandwich orders and our trip! Super nice and good conversation. My adult son has Celiac and before he was diagnosed as a teenager, Jersey Mike's was his favorite place to eat. He has not had a really good sub since and it's been about 10 years. He will be so excited when I tell him about the Gluten-Free subs at Jersey Mike's 😃

Sandra was an absolute pleasure. She suggested what kind of sub I should try based off my like. Was very friendly and pleasant, not just to me but to her coworkers and every customer I saw her help. She is a treasure!!!
