Do not place an online order with this store. Once you arrive they will tell you that they can't see what you ordered. When I arrived they were out of regular chicken, Liberty, one of the managers stated they wouldn't have regular chicken until Tuesday. I didn't want spicy chicken so I asked if I could just have chicken sandwiches in place of the combo I ordered. No. Can I have a refund? No. I was told repeatedly to go in the app and cancel the order. In the app it said once placed, my order cannot be cancelled. Now I'm out of $20 and food. The customer service in the app and in store is poor. There is no concern for the customer. Liberty showed no concern whatsoever, her attitude was poor at best. She did absolutely nothing to try to make this a pleasant experience for me. This was my first time trying Popeyes and it will also be my last. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!

I came here, even though the reviews are low. I got lucky. I got hot good chicken. This is in combo with the store and gas station but still it’s good. It seems like they don’t have any specials on their app, but I did get the $6.00 special that’s on the window

I ordered my food over the web in order to get a special meal discount. When I arrived I pretty much had to repeat the entire order to the woman at the counter. Even still I had to go back and request my coleslaw which they forgot. I had asked for dark meat chicken but after I took a bite I realized they had given me white instead. On a positive side the food was quite good especially the cajun fries and the coleslaw. I highly recommend the hot apple pie.
