Went from a great experience 3 weeks ago on Sunday afternoon to bad... everything from the cheddar bay biscuits to the crispy brussel sprouts were extra salty. The seafood stuffed mushrooms were either leftover from the weekend or freezer burnt, either way, very unappetizing. Crispy brussel sprouts were covered in a bag of fried onions and some salty glaze was collecting in the bottom of the bowl. I felt bad for our server, Kristina who went above and beyond to make the corrections to our meal, much to the dismay of the manager sitting at the bar. We could hear him complaining about customers sending food back. The Maine lobster tail was undercooked and semi raw, the shrimp scampi was overcooked and rubbery. The shrimp duo was overcooked and fried hard. To say we were deeply disappointed in today's visit is an understatement. I don't know what changed in 3 weeks but maybe a retraining pod on food temp/safety controls, recipe reading and management communication, specifically should be considered. I'll edit this post the next time we go back, definitely on Sunday afternoon when the food is better.

Ordered door dash and the food came hot and everything was on point !! Don’t know who was in the kitchen Sunday June 27 at 1230-1 but keep them in there . I might come sit in next time . 😎
